Your donation to Bridges' Annual Fund will help prevent suicide, substance misuse and overdose, and untreated mental illness.
Your generous contribution to our programs are vital to many in our community! We need your help to sustain programs and services that help our friends, like Karen, who struggle with a range of mental health and addiction challenges.
Karen had worked as a certified nurse's aide and then as a paralegal before her illness disrupted her career, and for a time, her life. Today, she uses her professional skills as a volunteer at the front office of the Beth El Center. "I love working there, and I hope someday to return to paid employment. Bridges is helping me reach that goal."
Your gift is critical because it offers immediate relief for struggling individuals, kids and families who need access to services. When you donate to Bridges, you:
Help individuals, who desperately want to become and remain drug and alcohol-free, by giving them access to services they need to recover and live sober lives.
Help us intervene with children and youth who have expressed suicidal thoughts, and respond to other individuals in crisis through our 24-hour services.
Provide counseling for families of troubled adolescents to help improve family relationships, reduce emotional and behavioral problems, prevent out-of-home placements, and keep our communities safe.
Provide safe, supervised housing for homeless teens and young adults while helping them complete high school, get a job, and learn important life skills.
