24-Hour Mobile Crisis Services
Adult Mobile Crisis works collaboratively with the after-hours telephonic and mobile crisis services provided by South Central Crisis Services, Bridges' in house Central Intake Team, and on occasion, Jail Diversion. Services include assessment, assistance in obtaining necessary clinical and case management supports and brief crisis management services.
The program serves adults in crisis from Milford, Orange and West Haven.

Integrating primary care and mental health care in one setting helps people with serious mental illness access timely, responsive and quality care. It can also help us identify, respond to and prevent chronic and life-threatening disease. Bridges Community Support Services help our clients establish themselves as independent and productive members of the community. The program is recovery-oriented and focuses on rehabilitation and skill mastery that will lead to increased independence. We assess each clients' needs and help obtain the appropriate services in the community. [ more ]
Jail Diversion Services
The Jail Diversion program redirects individuals with mental illness (and often co-occurring substance abuse) away from jail through coordination with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Managed Care System.
The program staff assesses client needs and develops treatment and supervision protocols at court sites in Derby and Milford.
Bridges' Caring Network is an ongoing support group for people who have suffered a loss through death. People who are living through grief may need time with others who will listen, share and give and receive encouragement.
The group is now holding its group meetings online the first and third Thursday of the month at 6:00pm, facilitated by Brooke Slater Torres, M.Ed.
