Folks on Spokes

Join the Folks on Spokes 2022 ride for mental health and addiction recovery. Cyclists of all levels can enjoy the scenic, mapped routes around the Connecticut shoreline.

Distances are 5, 10, 20 and 40 miles or any combination of these routes for a longer ride. The rest stops along the route offer water, fruit and snack bars. Restroom facilities are also available at several points along the ride.

All riders must wear a bicycle helmet and follow safe cycling practices throughout their ride.

7:30    Check-In  & Registration Opens for Rides 

9:00    Check-in and Registration Opens for Walk

8:20    Welcome, Line up, & Instructions for 40 Mile Ride

8:30    40+ Mile Ride begins 

8:45     Welcome and Recognition Awards, Line up for 20 Mile Ride

9:00     20 Mile Ride begins

9:30     5 and 10 Mile Family Fun Rides begin 

9:45     Remembrance Ceremony 

10:00   Walk begins

11:15    Lunch to Go

2:00     Event Closes
